connection issue

I was unable to send a lengthy email this morning regarding my NBN installation.

Breifly, technician called in last week to install NBN, could not find box to connect service.

Could the connection box be the small box that was placed near to the front door when the cables were being laid several months ago?

I have heard nothing since the technician was here.  Could I please have an update.
