still waiting for a call back 4 hours

cancelled nbn april 2 recharged full month april 17 i have a cancellation no 

after 20+ years i have to contend with this sorry i didnt change providers years ago 

tpg has got worse other telcos have improved i will follow up with the relevant authorities on principle

no wonder im seeing really bad reviews for tpg

Hi @patrick69,

 

We're here to assist! When you are outside contract, you can cancel the account without any termination fees. However, you are required to provide us at least 30 days notice and the service has to be paid up to the end of the notice period.
