Hi,
We left out old house about four months ago and have yet to get internet installed in our new place, due to the building not being disconnected to the adsl, but not yet connected to the NBN. We are going to have to buy remote internet and want to change services as there are better value for money options with other providers for this type of service.
Please advise on how to cancel the service.
Also, we have still been charged for internet during the 4 month period in which internet was not even installed. We would like an explanation as to why we were charged for this period.
