Thanks @david64. Your responses and suggestions have been very helpful. I have also learnt a bit about how the NBN with TPG works. I might try dropping back to a 25 Mb/s plan and see how it goes. The curious thing is that my speeds seem to be better in the evening than in the mornings. Perhaps there are 9-5 businesses earlier up the line to my place that use up bandwidth during the day.
