Get online support
The Chromecast isn't connecting to my Mac/iPad, and on my phone, it's only allowing me to cast YouTube. I have a 5G sagemcom. What can i do to fix this?
Hi @cortissozcamilo . Login to Sagemcom admin and check this.
In Wireless settings, make the 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSID names different (just add 5G to 5GHz ssid).
Reconnect Mac, iphone, ipad and Chromecast to same ssid.
Do they all connect to the same ssid?
(If Chromecast has a problem connecting, try removing any special characters from ssid names.)
Do they all get an ip address?
Can the Mac ping the other 3 devices?
Any improvement with Chromecast?
