constant disconnections

In the last few months, the internet connection has been disconnecting at least once a week on average. The connection dropped today at approximnatley at 1.30pm and at 7.00pm ( now ) it has still not reconnected.

There is no mention of any service status for my area.

I have had to deal with NBN issues previously and NBN does not allow you to contact them directly, it has to be via the ISP.

Does anyone in the community have the ability to test my line . ?
