customer service chat line not working, NBN not working, I want to cancel NBN

I have been number 119 in the chat que for 3 hours and not progressing.  ADLS2 stopped working 8 weeks ago with so I changed to NBN plan but now 5 weeks no NBN. Next NBN appointment is 2 weeks. i am cancelling my NBN plan as you have not delivered a service. I need to contact someone please. I am currently paying Telstra to have mobile internet.
