Cannot access internet

Hi,

 

We've had no internet since 1pm today (Melbourne time). I've had the Support Staff Member close the chat on 4 separate occasions after waiting an hour or more each time. We also called through on 13 14 23 and waited 2 hours with no answer. We understand this is a difficult time but as we are currently expected to work from home not having internet is a significant problem. We'd like someone to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue as we've tried all the usual troubleshooting options that normally work to no avail.
