Hi,   We've had no internet since 1pm today (Melbourne time). I've had the Support Staff Member close the chat on 4 separate occasions after waiting an hour or more each time. We also called through on 13 14 23 and waited 2 hours with no answer. We understand this is a difficult time but as we are currently expected to work from home not having internet is a significant problem. We'd like someone to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue as we've tried all the usual troubleshooting options that normally work to no avail. ... View more
