customer service - plan change

I have been trying to get in touch with TPG since March 19th. I can never speak to anyone as I constantly get busy messages, I try to upgrade my plan online and keep on getting error messages. I now have no internet due to this, which is jeopardising my ability to work from home. This is appaling customer service!
