Hi Staff of TPG
This is Chenglin WU from Ascot Vale, I applied TPG NBN network for my current residential address.
Also I received the wifi modem yesterday, but I realised that my NBN network is "NBN-HFC"
which means there might be NBN cable modem required for the installation.
But I didn't receive any NBN cable modem.
Can you please help to check if it's correct that I just received the wifi VDSL/ADSL router (without NBN cable modem) ?

Thanks for raising this to us, please send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can raise this to our NBN Provisioning Team to locate the missing NBN Box.

Thanks for posting your details. We're able to locate the account and we've seen that you have been in contact with Provisioning Case Manager and confirmed that the modem/router we sent is compatible with NBN-HFC connection.
