Get online support
Hi Team,
Iv been trying to get hold of your team for over a week.
After being on hold last week for over an hour the helpdesk employee said he would send a report and possible solutions for slow internet speeds through to me. Nothing was sent. Awesome.
Ive been trying to get online help on here also with no luck.
my download speed is 0.2mbps and upload speeds are also 0.2
Working from home is virtually impossible.
Can you please get in touch to fix the issue or let me know how we can get our money back as i feel the service we are getting does not marry up to the amount of money we are paying each month.
Welcome to TPG Community,
You can private message to me your customer ID, username, service address or mobile number so i can check status here.

Hi syd,
I have checked your sync speed which is download 9.9 Mbps and1.0 Mbps upload which is passing based on distance but i have noted that your upload traffic was 1 Mbps so i believe there is some background activity from your any other devices so temporarily you can disconnect all of device for speed test and try with one device for speed test http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/ .
There might be wireless connectivity issue as well so better to try wired connection for testing and also make sure that your cloud service like icloud, onedrive, drop box, google drive are not syncing to get actual speed test result.
see below link as well.

Hello,
I have tried your suggestions. Results are as follows.
Ping 259
download 0.6
upload 0.4
See screen shot attached.
This is still obviously well below the minimum requirment of 4 mpps.
Hi,
I have just checked traffics from your port here as below.
Command: display traffic 0/21/23 Querying, please wait... -------------------------------------------------------------- Frame/Slot/Port Rx Traffic(Kbps) Tx Traffic(Kbps) -------------------------------------------------------------- 0/21/23 1028.9 6062.6 --------------------------------------------------------------
Based on Rx traffic 1028.9 Kbps ( 1Mbps) which is your maximum upload available for ADSL2+ service, I can see than something is uploading from your end so you need to figure out by isolating devices, Tx traffic 6062.6Kbps ( 6Mbps) which is showing that currently you are using 6 Mbps from avaialable 9.9Mbps download speed.
see below traffics after few minutes later still showing maximum use of upload.
Command: display traffic 0/21/23 Querying, please wait... -------------------------------------------------------------- Frame/Slot/Port Rx Traffic(Kbps) Tx Traffic(Kbps) -------------------------------------------------------------- 0/21/23 1034.3 5459.7 --------------------------------------------------------------
Command: display traffic 0/21/23 Querying, please wait... -------------------------------------------------------------- Frame/Slot/Port Rx Traffic(Kbps) Tx Traffic(Kbps) -------------------------------------------------------------- 0/21/23 1028.8 7080.8

Hello,
At the moment its me and my partner using laptops to work from home.
An updated speed test from this morning can be seen attached.
Hi syd,
See below traffic details for 20 minutes so we are still able to see full upload capacity in use so you need to figure out your unuse application which might use your internet while working. In ADSL when upload bandwidth use at full capacity that affect your downloand and slowing your browsing.
20min avg. speed: download 866Kbits/s, upload 1048Kbits/s Connected at: 2020-04-09 17:04:14 Connected for: 4d 17h 12m 32s

Currently we have 2 laptops using the internet, nothing else.
no downloads are currently happening, no google drives are open. We arnt using anything.
Please send through instructions on how to cancel our contract with TPG.
I feel changing providors will be faster than getting the issue resolved.
