extend my setup till to next month

i applied the new sevice on 29/11/2022,and got the model in one week.but i have some reason cannot back Australia on time,i received the email Withdrawing your TPG Home Wireless order (username: hongbingz),

i will bank on 03/01/2023,can you extend the setup to next month

If the order has already been withdrawn, then you may need to sign up again. Please confirm the TPG account details via private message as we are unable to locate your account using the username you provided.
