find internet ISP username and password

My modem shows ok lights for power broadband and wifi but red for internet

With Waitara power outage my TV lost internet connection. My Modem shows power, broadband, wifi lights on BUT red internet.

My Netgear Genie asks for ISP User Name and Password to connect.
