forced plan speed upgrade and both TPG helpdesk or customer_service emails bounce help requests

TPG forced a "free" forced plan speed upgrade on our account for only extra $5/month.

This was supposed to be in place yesterday and now after nearly two full business days and two modem power off, wait....., power on is still not any faster.

My attempts to email both customer_service@tpg.com.au and helpdesk@tpg.com.au politely requesting help and providing evidence of the supposed free upgrade and also lack of sped change were both blocked by TPG with the message: "The response from the remote server was:

550 Rejected - Content Policy"

Can you plase help with the speed issue.

It was also  be nice to know what can be included in emails to that are they are not bounced.
