there are frequent internet drops at my place, I have tried reboot, and 2 modems (initially i thought it was my Netgear modem faulty , so I m using TPG tplink modem now ). same issue still.
everytime when it happens , interent drops for 1-2 mins , sometimes we need to reboot the modem to bring back the interent .
see filtered logs below relating to PPP error from my TPG modem.

All tests are passing on your NBN-FTTC 12/1 service in our systems.
Im not sure if you are using the TPG supplied modem or not, but i good test would be to definitely use a different modem to help with TS.

see logs below, it happened twice today already , I was using a netgear modem which was having this issue.
Now im using TPG provided TP-link modem, still having the same issue.
there is only 1 telpone socket at home , no telphone in my home. Does the wall socket needs a filter ?

No. NBN modems, NCDs should go direct to the socket with ALL other equipment removed.
Maybe a longer monitoring with a constant ping test would be better to determine any line issues.

this issue is more servere and frequent at night time, every 5 mins it will drop.
ping test is fine when interent is up:
