ftp not connecting

I have just upgraded my version of Netobjectsfusion Essential. In my previous version I used the following ftp settings:

In the new version of the softeware, the same details result in a "Connection Failed".

I am hoving no other connection issues.

I have noticed on this screenshot:

The server is incomplete. It has 2 "w" only, can you try to change it to www4.tpg.com.au?
