how to set up NBN modem using D-link Dual Band Wireless AC1750

Hi all,

I have ARRIS NBN HFC modem and D-link dual band wireless AC1750 as a router. I have already turned on power of both and connected required cables. However, TPG could not find me online. Is there any solutions?

Hi @mkimura1996 ,

You need to configure the 3rd party modem/router with the following details below to establish internet connection.

Username: TPG Username
Password: TPG Password
VLAN ID/Internet VLAN ID: 2
Connection/WAN type: PPPoE
