i need tech support

My nbn is constantly disconnected and even when its connected, the speed is so slow that i cann't browse any youtube clips. The worst thing is, I tried online chat, didn't work. And I am waiting on the phone for 2 hrs just to talk to someone who can help. Still waiting. I wonder whether TPG has anyone working at call centre now. Or they just keep playing music and hope you hang up eventually.
