I am a new customer to TPG and I’m disappointed in the service from TPG. On 9 Mar 2020, I signed up for NBN service with 18 months contract.


On 13 Mar 2020, TPG sent me the message that the internet was installed successfully. I checked no internet connection till now.


I called and wait for long then the line was cut without anyone answering.


I sent email and nobody reply me.

I type on technical support live chat and nobody reply.



How come so BAD?
