Get online support
MY adsl 2+ has been dropping out all day. At least every 5mins constantly. Can i get an explanation as to why? And if it can be fixed.

I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians test results shows no line fault however dropouts still exists.
This has been raised to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation.
Updates will be provided after 24hrs via SMS or phone call by the assigned Engineer.
