Iv'e filed enough complaints about my service not working. Getting sick of phone calls from these so called engineers when i can clearly see its from your sales department, and sick and tired of being told a telstra technician will come out and fix and do NOTHING.  I have already filed a complaint to the ombudsmen about this issue and STILL you refuse to fix the issue and continue to lie to me. I will be taking this even further as ive been paying for your services without even being able to use it. I only just received a message yesterday confirming that a telstra technician had come and fixed the problem. No less than 24 hours later my internet has dropped out at least 6+ times today.  When am i gonna stop being lied to and have someone actually fix this? This has become an absolute joke. I was told a week ago that this would be fixed and it hasn't. My router drops out every couple of minutes constantly.
