internet keep dropping out

My interent connection keep dropping out. When I had ADSL service it was still ok. But now it keeps dropping out.

technician from TPG states that too many people are using that's why it is keep dropping out. But it is still worse when only 2 people in the moring attend class and everyone else is not at home. Download speed is also not very good. Can any one suggest what I should do.

I have checked your NBN-FTTC 50/20 service in our portals, and tests are passing.

A 50/20 plan should be very good for low-medium usages and you shouldnt have speed issues in general.

 

Your speed issue may be related to wifi issues inside your home.

 

Wireless interference can cause various issues with your WiFi network. If all of your devices connected to via WiFi are affected, then you may need to change some wireless settings. We've created an article that will guide you on How to improve your home network.
