Hi lisachang888,

I have noted that you have two services with us. I am able to see that your modem has sync at Unit 8 18 rose Street , southport QLD 4215, however you are using incorrect  TPG Username, currently your modem is trying to authenicate with your other  TPG Username ( belong to address  FLAMETREE CCT , ARUNDEL QLD 4214) so you need to use correct TPG  Usename  which is  lisachang888  so try to use that one. If any issue regarding configuration please send me your modem model number and brand name.

regards

JayeshP9.

Hi,

I have noted that currently your modem using TPG Username  ausinotour so you need to change it to lisachang888

you need log in to Netgear  modem by going to http://www.routerlogin.net. if doen;t work then try below address into browser  one by one

192.168.1.1

192.168.0.1

10.0.0.1

10.0.0.138

Once page open then use router default login usually

Usename: admin

Password: admin or password

then you neeed to enter your correct UN:lisachang888 in to  PPOE  and your TPG password then save setting.

see below link which can give you some idea for how to set up modem for ADSL.
