Hello My Name is Riley I live with my mum, and when I choose the nbn50 plan for the first 3-4 days we had 47mbps on average and how it been about 7months of slow 9mbps would it be posable for you fix this problem since we're not getting the speeds we're paying for, would it be posable to refresh our connection remotely to give it a fresh start.
