recently got a new modem because the old one kept having issues.
But even with the old one, and the new modem ive noticed my internet speeds are quite slow then what they are used to

Did you receive the new modem from TPG?
Did you test the speed of both the WiFi and the wired connections?
Aside than upgrading the modem, what other troubleshooting measures have you tried?

the modem was supplied by tpg i havent done a speed test yet but the buffering is noticeable when watching or streaming videos
We'd like to check on this further and see what we need to perform to pump up your speed.
