our internet is too slow to let my child access the online class.
the terrible thing is the TPG customer service is too difficult to contact. It waiste me two days to contact them but still not able to speak to a real person.
I spent another hour waiting on the que via my mobile phone and transfer me to another department, and system said call me back in 30 minutes.
But after 30 minutes i received a call from TPG without anybody saying anything, just a silence call.
Just want to know what happen in your company.
