For some reason the nbn connection I have is unstable and often connects and disconnects multiple times throughout the day.
At times, there is no connection for several minutes at a time. It has been unstable for about 2-3 months.
My ID is 5340853.
Can this please be investigated?

I have checked your ADSL2+ service and tests are failing on our systems.
I have created a fault ticket for our engineers to investigate and someone will call you within 24-48hrs.
