Have an Archer AC1600 and cannot get connection to internet, still have connection with my old company when I reconnect their modem which I am using now as all I can get is recordings when I connect the Archer and ring you on my mobile ....Has my connection been enables yet

I can ring out on my home phone however cannot receive calls, is porting still taking place?

Yes, your home phone service is still under porting progress, porting your number allow 1-5 working days from the day of the activation ( 2019-02-14 ).
