That is correct. Smart Home systems will including security camera will not work with 5G home broadband as it uses CG-NAT. Carrier-grade NAT (Network Address Translation) is a type of network that assigns services with a private IP address, instead of a dynamic public IP address.

I am with TPG NBN now and considering about 5G home broadband internet, but as to below important information, does it mean home security camera won't be working online when with 5g home broadband?
