When I send an email from my TPG account to a Telstra Bigpond address the email goes into their junk mail.

This is not an issue on your end but with the Bigpond's email filtering. It can be raised to the service provider should it continue as an issue.

Unfortunately Telstra is saying that the issue is with TPG and that they have no filters that would affect emails from TPG. My bigpond contacts have been advised that to have any further investigations done that they need to pay for premium service one-off fee. Surely this is something that TPG and Telstra could sort out for their users
