Its been 4 days since the we got with TPG new connection and nothing work. The NBNHFC box does only blinks upstream icon. The modem doesn't shows green light on the internet icon at all. It has been like that since 4 days now.Nobody at TPG answers my calls for assistance. Keep you waiting for 30-35 mins and don't even respond back thats so unprofessional. Did everything as per the TPG website.nothing worked..NEED HELP.
