lights are flashing/off on nbn black device, can’t access to internet

Hi there,

Since 2.00pm today, lights on black NBN box is flashing and/or off. Top first light is solid on. Second one (downstream) is flashing. Third and fourth( upstream and online) are off. And internet light on white modem is off too. No internet connection.

What do I have to do? Looking forward to hearing from you.
