lost emails and folders

Good Afternoon,

Can someone please contact me regarding my emails and saved folders that have disappeared.
I have contacted Microsoft as per TPG support guidance, but Microsoft have advised me that it is my email provider who will be able to assist with my enquiry. The issue has nothing to do with Outlook 2016.
Can someone please help locate the missing information that i require please.
