I have been trying to upgrade my plan for days. Tried onine and via app and get the following error message
I want to upgrade to 45.6 MBPS asap

There was an opened ticked in your account, that's why you were getting those errors,
I just closed them all, please allow another few hours and try again, you should be good to go

Thanks for looking into this - however I just tried to upgrade my plan again and got the same error message
