manual payment of monthly invoice

Hi All

My mum is looking at getting NBN at her home.  At this time she's a non TPG customer and she wants to know if she'll be able to pay her monthly invoice manually?  Currently she has this in place with Amnet as she isn't a fan of auto debits arrangements.  What are her options?
