My white device with NBN logo is dead. Now only the power light is on with blue color, then the light under the power light is always red color and flashing. And the device is always has ticking sound.
I have called the technical team before, but the engineering team only answered me 1 time. I can only wait and wait and wait and listen to the robot.
The problem is I need to work from home and I really rely on my internet, I am now so desperated and it is not joking. Can someone come to fix the nbn device as soon as possible? I knee down and begging!! Please help! Million thanks!!
