I recently moved home, and I requested to move my service to my new address.
My current service is nbn but the new address isn't nbn ready yet.
I have been trying to contact tpg for over a week now with no reply and when they do, they're not able to help (or understand the issue)
I simply want an ADSL service connected untill nbn is available in my area. I can't wait months without internet untill they connect nbn.
Why can't they activate my account as ADSL??
I'm actually offering a cash prize of $100 for whoever can help me
