I have reached a point to formally complain to TPG management. this is just rubbish service.
my internet is keeps dropping off, even after TPG technician visited my place and apparently did some work, God knows what he did, but it worked for 5 minutes after he finished the work.
the highest speed I ahve seen so far is 10.8 mbps for download and 0.8mbps for upload.
I think dial up is better than this.

I am sorry to know that you're having dropouts with your service. I was able to locate your account and seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and this has been raised to our Engineering Team for investigation.
Initial test results shows, multiple dropouts and a possible line fault. Our Engineering Team escalated this to NBN Co. for investigation at this moment the fault is still under assessment, I will chase this up with our team and request for immediate feedback.
