nbn attendance

I previously signed up to another provider early this year, installed the boxes ans there was a fault at the curb. NBN were booked to come and rescheduled  a few times for near on a month. Iwas out of service all that time and cancelled the service - not the fault of that provider.NBN was rescheduled for switch over in our area from July to Oct so have engaged you, TPG on the proviso that NBN attend to the fault as I dont want to re -arrange my boxes etc and be left hanging again. I tried to talk to someone at NB at that seems impossible ( they say , on recordings, we must go thru the provider, yet, they contacted me direct last time when they rescheduled all the time and not informing that provider at the time - a joke).

This is an important issue with me and NBN must act more responsible and not do what they did last time with never an apology.

Hi @kimitchell1943

I can see your NBN-FTTC 50/20 service install is progressing.
You need to do some of the install yourself.

Do you have an NBN-NCD device as well as your TPG supplied modem?

You will need to UNPLUG ALL exisitng phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket.

Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN-FTTC here.
