nbn cancellation without my concern

tpg sent me an email out of nowhere saying I requested for cancellation of my nbn which I didn’t. Now I dont have internet, when I called them , I literally waited 1 hour and some lady picked the call. since she couldn’t solve the issue, she just disconnected the call.
