Thanks for raising this to us. We're able to locate the account using your community details and ran an initial test at the same time. The result shows no dropouts on the line and connected for 1d 8h 47m.
We'd like to confirm what devices are affected with the dropouts, in the event that these are the devices connected via WIFI, the issue could be cause by Wireless Interference.
