Modem problem

I got a new modem from tpg AC1600
I tried to connect, but it failed. I have a Wi-Fi connection through my mobile phone, but when I try the Internet through my mobile phone, I am asked to log in. When I open the login window, it just tells me to wait. What's the problem?

My old modem admin ip address
192.168.1.1
New modem ip address
192.168.1.100

That is problem??
Please help me.
