Can't send email from some domain

Hi, 

 

I have an issue about sending out email. I have TPG FTTB account and set up wifi for our staff. 

The problem is staff can't send out email from australiancentre.study but it can received new email. For other domain can send out email. Also, when try to connect other internet, it can send out.

 

I use smtp port 465 for our email setup.

 

Could you please give some advice?

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd like to confirm what ougoing service is currently being used.

Also try to use smtp port 25

Can you try this.

Sending mail SMTP port 465 with SSL/TLS selected.

Receiving mail POP3 port 995 with SSL/TLS selected.

What email client do you use?
