i received the modem.. but i didnt receive the network connection box yet . i am very disappointed with tpg customer service.

Our Provisioning Team is now handling this case and working on sending a connection box/ Network Connection Device (NCD). Further updates will be provide when it becomes available via SMS or Phone call.
