need access to old email address

Hi

I used to have a tpg internet service with email attached until January this year. I'm now in the process of trying to obtain access to an online platform  that I used with this email and am unable to access the account reset links that are being sent there (as i cannot access this email account any more). Is it possible setup something temporary so that I can access this old account. I am happy to pay any associated cost, if I can get access to that email account, long enough to update some details on their online site.

Did you transfer your email address to TMC on time? We've stopped providing email services. 

TPG email addresses have moved to The Messaging Company | TPG Support

is there anyway i that i can get any access to that email address or do i neeed to contact The messaging company. i only need it to access my old email address to fix a problem.

You’ll need to contact the messaging company as we don’t have access to the emails anymore. They’ll be able to lend you a hand with this one.
