need to cancel NBN broadband service

I'm currently using a 5G broadband service. But there's another NBN service running under someone else's name at my address. The person who holds that account is now unable to help. 

How can I cancel the NBN service but keep the 5G service?

Hi @gz627 ,

If the account is not under your name we cannot proceed the cancellation, we recommend to coordinate this with the Account Holder and advise them to contact us to process the cancellation.

If you have details of the account could you shoot us a PM to better understand the situation?

Hi @gz627 . Without giving away any details, did TPG provide procedures to follow to terminate the NBN service?
