My recent conversion to fixed wireless braodband has been problematic. Amongst the problems is troubleshooting Netflix download speed. My internet is running at 12 mbps (great) but my download speed measured within Netflix is 0.3 mbps and the picture is blurred and buffering is frequent. The service is unusable. Any suggestions?
