new NBN connection issue

My NBN device won’t connect. I’ve tried multiple times leaving it more than half an hour each time with no luck. It is connected exactly as per the instructions and has been turned off and in again multiple times. How do I go about getting help?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the NBN installation is still in progress.

We've raised this with our NBN Provisioning team and a case manager will be in touch with you tomorrow for further updates.
