New nbn bundle installed 28/2/2018, internet ok, phone out ok, but can't receive calls as says line is allways busy. Tried multiple phones on/off but still same.

I checked the account and seen that the home phone is registered without any evident issues on the NBN network. I will arrange a call from our Tech team to look into it further.
